Yancheva house is the first house that greets you upon entering the village of Delchevo. From the house there is a magnificent view to the GotseDelchev valley, and inside the house clean-line design and luxury are combined with traditional style.

The combination of wood and stone makes the atmosphere cosy and comfortable and the fire burning in the fireplace gives the sensation of homely cosiness. The excellent facilities in the house that we offer to our guests, the tranquility amid the clear mountain air and the panoramic view upon the valley will guarantee you a pleasant and exciting experience.

The house has 3 storeys, there is an yard with a barbecue for the cool summer evenings and an additional VIP room. Here you have all the comforts of the modern world at your disposal - wireless, satellite, DVD, HD LCD TV.

On the ground floor there is a stylish spacious traditional mehana with kitchen-box and a fireplace. It has a capacity of 20-25 people. You can use the fully equipped kitchen-box for prepairing food or you can choose to order from our menu with traditional dishes at reasonable prices.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet and a balcony. In one of the rooms there is one double bed and in the other room there are 2 single beds. On the second floor there are 2 rooms with bathroom and toilet. In one of the rooms there is a double bed and a single bed and in the other room there are 3 single beds.

There is a separate luxurious VIP room with double bed, separate bathroom and toilet, a fireplace and a TV set. If you want to organize a party (birthday, celebration or family party) romantic holiday or just want to get away from the busy everyday life, you should know that our doors are always wide open to you.
